Job Title: Hospital Security Specialist

This position is responsible for the safety and security of hospital staff, patients, and visitors. The role requires a vigilant approach to surveillance, incident detection, and customer service.

A key aspect of this job is to prevent and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. This includes patrolling hospital premises, monitoring CCTV systems, and collaborating with other teams to resolve security-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Detect and report potential security threats, such as suspicious activity or unauthorized individuals
  • Promote a safe and secure environment by enforcing hospital policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital staff, patients, and visitors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Participate in regular training and drills to stay up-to-date on security best practices and hospital emergency procedures

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in security or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
