Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled service delivery supervisor to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule programmed works, travel to properties to validate scopes submitted by clients, identify any variations.
  • Conduct works in progress and safety inspections based on activities and trends.
  • Ensure accurate capture of information relating to each work order within management systems and all relevant systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Complete pre, mid, and post-work inspections for each work order, ensuring progress of these inspections are recorded within the system with relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • High school certificate, mechanical or electrical, or relevant trade certificate and driver's license.
  • Must own vehicle as a requirement to travel within the region and conduct site visits.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, internal and external, and have managed subcontractors within a construction project environment.
  • Skilled in handling high-volume work orders with strong administrative abilities to ensure accurate job management in the system.
  • Customer relations management.
