**About the Role**:
We're looking for an experienced and solutions-driven Service Delivery Manager to lead our on-site team, manage client relationships, and ensure project excellence from production through to delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with electrical experience, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service outcomes.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate and manage switchboard installations and service works, both locally and nationally.
- Allocate labour, schedule teams, and work closely with the Production Manager to lead tradespeople, apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Oversee final project checks before switchboards leave the premises.
- Collaborate with the Estimator to identify new business opportunities and grow client accounts.
- Drive a proactive safety culture and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and excellence.
- Support the development of junior staff by sharing knowledge and experience.

**What we're looking for**:

- Qualified Electrical Fitter with relevant certification.
- Open manual drivers licence.
- At least 3 years of experience in the electrical or low voltage switchboard industry.
- Proven experience in project management, preferrably within the switchboard manufacturing or electrical industries.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
