About the Role

As an Employment Consultant, you will work with job seekers to understand their needs and goals, and develop a personalized plan to help them achieve employment success. You will also work closely with local businesses and organizations to identify job opportunities and build relationships that can benefit both job seekers and employers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide post-placement support to job seekers who have found employment, providing support mechanisms to ensure they thrive in the workplace.
  • Develop relationships with local businesses and organizations, approaching them on behalf of job seekers and confidently promoting our organization's services.
  • Ensure that all job seekers' paperwork is completed, as 30% of the role involves administration.
