Retail Operations Manager

A committed and experienced leader is required to oversee our quick-service retail operation at Newcastle Airport. Our ideal candidate will be a Food and Beverage Supervisor who can deliver exceptional customer service and manage a high-pressure environment with ease.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and equipment to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
