About the Role

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of the branch, leading the way with our unique philosophy. You will receive training to help customers with transactions, educate them on our online platforms and tools, and recommend our products and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

This is a 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract, part-time position located at Augusta, with a roster from 8:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday (5 days per week), totaling 47.5 hours per fortnight.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
