Transformation Expert Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Transformation Expert. In this role, you will play a vital part in the implementation of pivotal initiatives throughout the organization.

As a key member of our Transformation Office, your duties will include establishing reporting systems that promote program transformation and enhance governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient program completions, on time, and in harmony with strategic objectives.

Your responsibilities will also encompass identifying and handling challenges, and ensuring timely interventions when necessary. Engage with initiative leads, project management offices (PMOs), and other stakeholders to produce reports for business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of central initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
  • Implement and support delivery frameworks, achievement tracking, and project governance standards.
  • Coordinate initiative resourcing and delivery cadence in collaboration with PMOs and business partners.
  • Develop reports to monitor transformation program health, track risks/issues, and ensure timely benefit tracking.
  • Facilitate coordination across business units for effective delivery of cross-functional programs.
  • Analyze initiative or portfolio performance against key value drivers and support data-informed discussions.
  • Contribute to capability improvement by sharing standard processes in delivery and project governance.
