We are seeking an experienced consultant to join our team and support Commonwealth and State Governments in delivering their most important programs. Our team brings energy and independence to our government work, leveraging cross-industry knowledge and deep functional expertise to deliver innovative and pragmatic solutions.

Our consultants will be passionate about helping Australian Governments deliver on their promise to Australian citizens. They will understand how Australian Commonwealth and State Governments operate and have demonstrable management consulting experience in several of the following capabilities: technology enabled transformation, digital and data, project delivery, operational excellence, customer experience, strategy, and policy.

As a consultant at our organization, you will have the autonomy to work independently, think creatively, and drive results. You will be part of a collaborative team that works closely with clients to deliver lasting impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Extensive experience in management consulting, particularly in government advisory services.
  • Strong understanding of Australian Commonwealth and State Government operations.
  • Demonstrable skills in several key areas, including policy execution, project delivery, operational excellence, digital data and technology, public sector transformation, and strategy.
