Job Title:

Maintenance Planner Position Available

This role presents a unique opportunity to work in Defence Maintenance Contract team at Amberley.

  • About the Role:
  • This position supports planning and scheduling of maintenance activities for Defence assets.
  • You will collaborate closely with Senior Regional Planner and interact with both Ventia and Defence teams to ensure smooth execution of planned work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary Duties:
  • Plan and manage approved maintenance programs using Commonwealth Sap S4/HANA System within work groups.
  • Conduct maintenance work planning in line with fleet maintenance planning directions issued by Senior Regional Planner.
  • Identify tasks, parts, and resources required for maintenance operations.
  • Source necessary parts via internal and external means.
  • Provide feedback on progress of scheduled maintenance programs to relevant personnel.
  • Liaise with Scheduling team to plan maintenance around Defence priorities and scheduled completion dates.
  • Liaise with Scheduling team to make adjustments in scheduling to meet customer requirements.
