Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced business analyst to support our team through strategic financial objectives, including performance analysis, bank reconciliations and weekly reporting.

About the Job

This role will involve ensuring accuracy and timeliness in invoice handling, monitoring rebate agreements with suppliers, establishing a weekly reporting framework, and providing timely forecast inputs into our finance team.

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and payment runs to vendors
  • Monitor rebate agreements with suppliers and manage rebates process
  • Establish weekly reporting framework to provide clear visibility of performance
  • Provide accurate and timely forecast inputs into Digital Finance & Group Planning/Reporting team
  • Perform daily or bi-weekly bank reconciliation to ensure accurate bank account balances
  • Liaise with other areas of finance to understand and mitigate impacts

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need prior experience in commercial partnering and financial control, advanced Excel skills, and analytical tools such as Visual Insights and Power BI.
