Job Description

We are seeking a Senior E-commerce Analyst to join our team. This role will involve analysing how customers engage with our website and app, translating data into actionable recommendations that influence strategy and improve customer journeys.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with visualisation and analytics tools, and the ability to design, run and analyse experiments. They will also be skilled at building dashboards and reporting frameworks that track customer behaviour and funnel performance.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce analysis or similar roles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience with visualisation and analytics tools such as Looker, Looker Studio and Fullstory.
  • Proven ability to design, run and analyse experiments.
  • Skilled at building dashboards and reporting frameworks.
