Field Service Technician Job Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality service to customers and contributing to the company's growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and safety checks on material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
  • Utilize field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule and optimize service delivery.
  • Maintain inventory on your company-allocated service van and at customer sites, ensuring a professional level of service.
  • Gain experience working with Australia's top-tier customer base and develop strong relationships with key clients.
About the Role:

This is a full-time position offering regular overtime opportunities and a comprehensive induction program. You will receive industry-leading training to help you transition from other industries into the material handling field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is valued but not essential.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
  • You should have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
