Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our CMI Sales offices in Western and Northern territories. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve revenue targets, grounded in comprehensive market analysis and customer needs.
- Establish clear sales goals and quotas for the sales team, ensuring alignment with the company's broader business objectives.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, focusing on exceptional customer satisfaction and strategies for long-term retention.
- Explore new market opportunities and expansion areas, assessing potential regions or industry segments for growth.
- Lead client negotiations on pricing, terms, and conditions, balancing competitiveness with profitability.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to the sales team, including motivation, training, and support for new team members.
- Initiate actions to prevent product non-conformity and develop corrective measures for any quality issues within the sales area.
- Proven experience in sales or branch management, preferably in the electrical cabling or electrical wholesaling industry.
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to provide written and verbal instructions.
- Medium costing experience and knowledge of Stock Control and Purchasing requirements.
- Ability to prioritize and plan workflow to achieve outcomes within identified timeframes.
- Ability to maintain accurate work records and follow quality assurance and workplace health and safety practices.
