We are committed to fostering a diverse workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. As an HSE Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in leading the effective implementation and execution of HSE policy and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining HSE strategies and improvement plans
  • Supporting the rollout of our policies and ensuring compliance with all procedures
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders and teams to achieve HSE objectives while collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address health, safety, and environmental risks
  • Leading reporting and investigations of hazards, incidents, and injuries/illnesses, and ensuring follow-ups are completed
  • Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and collaborating with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits, keeping accurate records of safety inspections, permits, and licenses
  • Driving continuous improvement in HSE culture

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in an HSE business partner or operational role, preferably in a complex, high-risk environment
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience in the fields of HSE, management systems, and relevant legislation
