  • Stakeholder Engagement: Influence and enable leaders to take ownership of safety and sustainability outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Apply rigorous analytics to identify priorities and measure performance across safety, sustainability, and cultural initiatives.
  • Cultural Transformation: Drive a proactive and generative safety culture through leadership programs, training, and engagement.

About You

You should have 10+ years of experience in safety and sustainability across manufacturing and FMCG environments. Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders is essential.
