About the Role

We are seeking a skilled nursing professional to join our team at a residential care facility. As a clinical nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care on a shift-by-shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive care to residents who require medical interventions or support
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
  • Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document patient needs and interventions accurately

You will work closely with our care management and clinical teams to provide exceptional patient care. You will also have opportunities to participate in resident assessments and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • AHPRA Division 1 registration as a registered nurse
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • National police clearance
