Therapist Opportunity

Lacuna Clinical Psychology is a private psychology clinic designed to provide a warm and welcoming space for clients and clinicians alike.

We're seeking a Clinical Psychologist or Registrar to join our team in Mayfield East, NSW. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work full-time or part-time, allowing you to balance your availability and employment preference.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with 5–6 clients per day using a trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy model of your choice. As a training clinic, we're committed to supporting your professional development and reflective practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with best practices
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Full registration as a Clinical Psychologist with AHPRA or Clinical Psychology Registrar
  • Eligibility to provide services under Medicare
  • Experience and interest in evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Professional indemnity insurance and ABN (or willingness to obtain) for contractors
