  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients over the phone and identifying opportunities to grow our customer database
  • Driving effective communications with internal and external stakeholders to meet and exceed customer expectations
  • Closely mentoring, training, and supporting colleagues in areas such as communication, negotiation skills, sales, and management
  • Following up on opportunities and closing sales while experiencing personal and professional growth

A Bit About You:

We are looking for someone who is:
- A recent University graduate (or soon to be)
- Hands-on and willing to work directly in all aspects of the operation
- Confident interacting with customers and team members of varying demographics
- Excellent at managing their own time and a real self-starter
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains high attention to detail
- An Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
