Leadership Role: Rooms Division Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Rooms Division Manager to lead our Front Office department and outsourced services in achieving operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role where you'll drive the charge on optimising RevPar, championing brand standards of cleanliness and maintenance, and innovating in service delivery strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Front Office and outsourced services of Housekeeping and security.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and revenue departments to optimise RevPar.
  • Champion brand standards of cleanliness and maintenance across our rooms and public areas through implementing systems and procedures.
  • Thoroughly analyse performance metrics and guest feedback, providing reporting as required.
  • Continuously innovate in service delivery and strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience in luxury lifestyle hospitality, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Confident operating on rooms management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, making effective decisions, and taking ownership.
  • Methodical approach to tasks, flexible, and calm under pressure.
  • Positive impact on colleagues and guests, leaving memorable experiences.
  • Results-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient, with excellent communication skills.
