Procurement Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to manage contracts and ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial builder, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Main responsibilities include:
    • Letting and vetting of sub-contractor packages
    • Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders
    • Negotiating agreements for win-win outcomes
    • Tracking project expenditure against projected costs
    • Managing progress claims, project cash flow, and forecasting
