Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the management of complex goods and service contracts, providing expert commercial advice for major contracts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract administration, negotiation skills, and the ability to effectively lead and manage teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, preparing comprehensive sourcing documentation and reports including commercial and contractual analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in contract administration and commercial management.
  • Provide leadership with a strong focus on delivering evidence-based outcomes, ensuring operator compliance for contracts and escalating issues when non-compliance occurs.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex goods and service contracts, with a proven ability to provide expert commercial advice for major contracts.
  • Extensive experience in contract administration and high-level skills in provision of commercial advice for major contracts and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to effectively lead and manage teams to foster initiative, promote teamwork, achieve objectives, meet deadlines, and produce high-quality, value-for-money outcomes.
