Job Overview

The Principal Operational Technology Cybersecurity Specialist plays a pivotal role in spearheading the delivery of projects for our Operational Technology and Cyber Security clients. This position demands strategic planning, effective project management, and technical expertise to meet client requirements. It also involves building strong relationships and providing leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and undertake high-priority OT and Cyber Security projects for critical infrastructure initiatives
  • Maintain ongoing professional development and contribute to quality assurance activities
  • Act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, facilitating their growth and development
  • Utilize relationship with clients to identify new opportunities and drive business growth
  • Serve as a Senior QC reviewer for projects across the company in your area of expertise
  • Identify, communicate, and manage project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, implementing measures to mitigate these risks
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Operational Technology and Cyber Security standards and design arrangements
  • Preparation of project lifecycle documents (including marketing and sales documents, proposals, consultancy reports, and design documentation)
  • Effective interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with the team and internal/external clients
  • Experience in leading OT and cyber security pursuits and project delivery
  • A proven track record in building a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with local and national codes and standards
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Maintain continuous professional development and stay updated on market trends
