Occupational Therapist – Wyndham Role

**About the Role**
Everyday Independence is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide occupational therapy services to NDIS participants across the lifespan in Wyndham and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver life-changing occupational therapy to participants in various settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
- Assess, create therapy plans, and provide support to participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to ensure high-quality care
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- General AHPRA Registration
