About the Role


We are currently seeking exceptional individuals with a positive and proactive approach to join our casual relief pool in our Wyndham services. As a values-based employer, bestchance Child Family Care provides educators with mentoring, advice, and support to extend their practice and achieve their professional goals.


Key Responsibilities



  • Support children and families in a kindergarten environment using a strength-based and family-centered approach
  • Develop warm, respectful, and positive relationships with staff, children, and families
  • Create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning and development
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Be flexible and available to pick up shifts on short notice

Essential Qualifications



  • Completed an approved Certificate III or Diploma in Education and Care qualification
  • Hold a valid Employee Working with Children Check
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting)
  • Successfully completed 'Protecting Children - Mandatory reporting and other obligations for the Early Childhood Sector' training
  • Have a well-developed understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and National Regulations
