Job Description:

As a Senior Brand Designer, you will lead the development and evolution of visual identity systems across various brand touchpoints. Your expertise in design concepts, systems, and guidelines will drive recognition, distinction, and emotional connection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute design work across multiple channels, including digital, print, packaging, social, environmental, and experiential.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn creative visions into compelling outcomes.
  • Guide junior designers and creatives, providing thoughtful feedback and direction.
  • Evaluate and maintain brand standards, ensuring consistency and quality across all assets.
Required Experience/Skills/Capabilities:
  • 6+ years of experience in brand, communication, or visual design.
  • An exceptional portfolio showcasing brand-building work across formats and industries.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color, composition, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to lead projects independently, from concept to execution.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Motion design experience and an understanding of packaging design systems.
