What You'll Be Doing: We're looking for a dynamic Head of Brand & Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of our brand and marketing efforts. This is a key leadership role driving audience growth, revenue generation, and market presence across FY26 and beyond. You'll be the heartbeat of our brand clarity, campaign development, and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement brand strategies that reflect Seven West Media's vision and future priorities.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns supporting revenue across audience growth, subscriptions, retail, events, and B2B engagement.
• Champion brand consistency and resonance across all platforms.

Brand & Campaign Management

• Own campaign strategy: briefing, media planning, creative development, production, rollout, and reporting.
• Manage cross-departmental briefing and calendar coordination with Editorial, Sales, and internal creative teams.
• Guide promo and graphic design teams to deliver high-impact creative assets.

Marketing Execution

• Deliver an annual marketing program that boosts brand visibility and solidifies market positioning.
• Identify business growth opportunities and craft marketing initiatives to activate them.
• Leverage emerging media trends to strengthen our leadership in the industry.
• Tailor promotional efforts for acquisition, retention, and engagement across audience segments.
• Manage external agency and vendor relationships.
• Oversee production and distribution of all marketing materials.

Planning & Team Management

• Provide regular performance and strategic initiative reporting to the Executive team.
• Foster capability development across the marketing department.
• Coach and mentor team members with a focus on creativity, accountability, and improvement.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven senior leadership experience in brand and marketing roles—media or consumer-facing sectors preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking with expert campaign planning capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A creative mindset with solid experience managing and motivating creative teams.
• In-depth understanding of audience development, media dynamics, and marketing analytics.
• Experience in event marketing and delivering revenue-driving initiatives.
