Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide business analysis expertise to support the program and operational units to define, plan and deliver broad-ranging transformation.
  • Lead end-to-end process mapping (as is and to be) and document requirements, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement to uplift across the business.
  • Lead, in conjunction with subject matter experts, the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guides, FAQs and User Guides.
  • Support the implementation and embedding of change during go-live and post go-live.


Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex and progressive organisations.
  • Experience supporting large, complex programs and projects, including process mapping, requirements gathering and supporting delivery of changes.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills; ability to plan ahead, handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; highly analytical with demonstrated lateral strategic thinking and strong stakeholder management.
