We are seeking a Patient Care Specialist to lead our mental health programs.

About the Role:

  • You will provide clinical oversight and leadership to a multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of high-quality inpatient programs.
  • You will play a pivotal role in ensuring clinical excellence, staff support, and fostering a therapeutic environment for patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate evidence-based interventions.
  • Provide supervision, support, and consultation to clinical staff within the program.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, individual sessions, and group facilitation.

About You:

  • Clinical Board-approved supervisor with strong understanding of trauma-informed care and treatment modalities suited to comorbidity.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to support and mentor a clinical team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
