Head Coach of Athletics and Cross-Country

We are seeking a highly experienced Head Coach to lead and manage our school's athletics, cross-country, and Strength and Conditioning Centre (SCC) programs. This permanent, full-time role involves coaching, administration, team selection, event coordination, and overseeing student training and competition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for students in athletics and cross-country events
  • Manage school carnivals and oversee the safe use of SCC facilities
  • Select and coach teams for competitions
Requirements:
  1. A proven track record in coaching athletics and cross-country programs
  2. Experience managing school sports programs, including administration and logistics
  3. Strong leadership and organisational skills
  4. Ability to develop and implement effective training programs
  5. Current Senior First Aid Certificate and driver's licence (bus licence preferred)
