Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to provide essential support to our solicitors and paralegals. This role will involve providing administrative assistance in various capacities, including typing legal documents, handling new client onboarding, and managing diaries for fee earners.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to solicitors and paralegals, including typing legal documents, correspondence, emails, and meeting notes
- Handle new client onboarding, file opening/closing, and compliance procedures
- Manage diaries for fee earners, including arranging client meetings
- Check and distribute legal documentation
- Archive legal documents and maintain accurate records on digital systems
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent typing, written, and oral communication skills, high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
