Pharmacist Manager Position

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team at Scaffidi Group. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our busy Pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy team to ensure the proper and efficient running of the dispensary;
- Ensure all Pharmacy operations comply with legal and professional standards;
- Oversee inventory management, ordering and stock control;
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that customer's needs are met;
- Provide clinical services such as medication reviews and vaccinations;
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals in the local community;
- Manage financial performance and ensure that the Pharmacy meets budgetary goals;
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the business and improve customer engagement.
About You
We are looking for a hands-on Pharmacist with an enthusiastic 'can do' attitude who can develop and inspire their team to meet the unique healthcare needs of every customer.
- Essential - Must be registered Pharmacist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Essential - Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident of Australia;
- Essential - Immunisation certification
- Desirable – Flexibility to cover additional shifts
- Desirable - Retail Pharmacy industry experience;
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and allied health professionals;
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
- Empathetic nature and understanding of people's needs;
- Flexible, adaptable and able to work under pressure;
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
