About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity based in Toowoomba, where you will work closely with our clients to provide tailored solutions to their employment and business law needs. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including wage modelling and auditing, agreement preparation, advice, safety, defending employee-based claims, and other business transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on employment and business law matters
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Conduct and lead client presentations, estimation efforts, proposals, and negotiations
  • Contribute to business development, intellectual property development, and process improvement
  • Establish and maintain new client relationships in targeted industries, client segments, and cross-selling
  • Have a strong desire to work directly with clients and solve problems and meet expectations with a large employment-related focus
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience up to Senior Associate in Australia, in the area of Employment, Workplace Relations, and/or Industrial Relations law. You will also need to have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills, knowledge of the law, and a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed goals.
