We are seeking an experienced Jeweler to join our team at Tiffany Service Centre in Melbourne. As a Jeweler, you will be responsible for servicing and altering various types of jewelry and accessories in accordance with Tiffany & Co.'s quality and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet established production targets and maintain high-quality standards.
  2. Communicate order status, product quality, and service order process-related issues effectively.
  3. Utilize state-of-the-art equipment, including Laser Welder, Laser Engraver, sandblaster, and plating techniques.
  4. Collaborate with the team to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding repair work and processes.

Requirements:

  1. At least 1-2 years of jewelry production or servicing experience.
  2. Experience in re-sizing, alterations, and repairs.
  3. Experience in stone setting.
  4. Prior experience with watch repair is preferred.
