About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Center Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Tiffany & Co. in Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process service orders efficiently and effectively, managing internal and external resources, and ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials.
  • Proactively maintain, monitor, and procure inventory, collaborating with TSC New York and Hong Kong or local sources as needed.
  • Liaise with TCO Australia & New Zealand regional markets for service order follow-up and status, and communicate directly with AU market retail clients as required.
  • Perform occasional personalization on client-owned items and assist with administrative and clerical tasks, including invoice processing.
About You
  • A passionate individual with a minimum of two years' experience in logistics or retail back-of-house operations.
  • A dynamic service-driven personality with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and flexibility to work additional hours when required.
  • Previous retail and/or customer service experience is highly regarded.
