Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven senior leadership experience in operations, project delivery, or workforce management.
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial management skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and driving business growth.
  • Deep understanding of project lifecycle management and performance optimization.
  • C Class Driver's Licence.
