Our organization is seeking a seasoned construction and infrastructure lawyer to join its highly regarded Construction and Infrastructure team in Sydney. This role involves supporting senior partners on high-value construction and infrastructure matters, including contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, arbitrations, and Security of Payment claims.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have 2+ years post-admission experience in construction, infrastructure, or related disputes at a mid-to-large firm, with a strong commercial mindset and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Support senior partners on high-value construction and infrastructure matters.
- Advise on contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, arbitrations, and Security of Payment claims.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team, have a genuine interest in the construction and infrastructure sector, and be committed to building a long-term career in this area.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are looking for someone with:
- 2+ years post-admission experience in construction, infrastructure, or related disputes at a mid-to-large firm.
- A strong commercial mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
