  • 2+ years PAE in construction, infrastructure, or related disputes
  • Experience advising on high-value contractual matters, regulatory investigations, arbitrations, and Security of Payment claims
  • Work closely with top-tier contractors, government clients, and experienced Partners

The Team

The Construction and Infrastructure team works on complex disputes and project advisory matters across New South Wales, representing contractors and advising key government bodies. The team is recognised for its commercial acumen, collaborative culture, and involvement in significant infrastructure projects, competing consistently with top-tier firms.

Position Description

This role involves supporting senior Partners on high-value construction and infrastructure matters, including contractual disputes, regulatory investigations, arbitrations, and Security of Payment claims. You will work with a close-knit, supportive team on matters that shape major projects across the state.

Key Requirements

  • 2+ years post-admission experience in construction, infrastructure, or related disputes at a mid-to-large firm
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Genuine interest in the construction and infrastructure sector and commitment to building a long-term career in this area
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and supportive of a positive workplace culture
