Charterhouse is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex capital projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the delivery of capital projects and programs from initiation to operational handover.

  • Negotiate and resolve complex project management and contractual issues.
  • Manage the procurement process, including tender documentation and contract preparation.
  • Apply project management principles to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Recognised degree qualifications in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
  • Class 'C' Driver's Licence.
  • Extensive experience in project management, typically at least 10 years.
