Commercial Lawyer Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Contract Specialist to join our organization. As a commercial lawyer, you will bring a thorough understanding of contract law and broad experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
Main Responsibilities- Provide timely, sound, and accurate advice on legal matters as required by senior management
- Maintain awareness of legal and regulatory changes that may impact the organization
- Manage the organization's contract register and contract management framework
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements
- Protect the commercial interests of the organization through effective contract management practices
You will hold a legal qualification with an unrestricted practicing certificate as an Australian Legal Practitioner. Your ability to confidently consult and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, together with your strong commercial acumen and ability to successfully balance organizational and individual needs and priorities, will be crucial to your success.
