As the Assurance & Systems Lead for the South West Region, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Distribution Centres throughout Victoria, South Australia & Western Australia, as well as the Primary Connect+ and Store Delivery transport teams. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and audit the Primary Connect Safety, Wellbeing and Environment (SWE) Safety Management System to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, obligations, and contractual requirements.
  • Coach and support operational managers to embed the Safety Management System at their site, promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing, and environmental responsibility.
  • Deliver an assurance program for external Primary Connect partners to ensure their compliance with relevant legislation, standards, obligations, and contractual requirements.
  • Partner with operations, transport, and the SWE team to drive change and deliver continuous improvement programs.
