Main Responsibilities- Payroll Processing: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, including weekly payroll processing, new starter and termination processing, deductions and allowances for approximately 500 employees.
- Superannuation Processing: Coordinate monthly superannuation processing and payment.
- Reporting and Auditing: Prepare and review payroll reports, conduct payroll audits, and ensure compliance with statutory obligations.
- Time and Attendance Management: Monitor timecards, investigate exceptions, and assist with timecard and employee setup inquiries.
- Payroll Administration: Ensure timely issuance of payslips, investigate and resolve payroll queries from employees and stakeholders, and perform monthly system reconciliation.
- Support to Franchisees: Provide support to franchisees with payroll processing queries and document payroll processing procedures.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Book Keeper/Payroll Officer with a payroll of 300+ employees.
- Payroll System Experience: Experience with Payroll system Tanda is desired, but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, ability to understand, interpret, and explain payroll and T&A data, and experience with awards, Fast Food Industry award desired, but not essential.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, personable and approachable demeanor, and experience with Accounts Payable Processing, Statement Reconciliations, Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations, EOM Journals, EOM Intercompany Invoicing, and P+L and Balancing Review.
- Salary: Salary on offer $80k per annum, pending on experience.
