Job Description

As a Guest Services All Rounder, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of this magical property. This role ensures you feel part of the local community and environment while being part of an innovative, evolving business supported by a nationwide network of properties.

You will welcome guests, ensure seamless check-in, and record all accounts and documentation accurately. You will also create, promote, and plan guest activities and social events to keep guests engaged and entertained.

Maintain the property and guest rooms to high standards, manage laundry, and address maintenance or safety issues efficiently. Ensure food hygiene and compliance, and prepare and serve food and beverages, including barista duties.

Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure safety for yourself and others.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for providing engaging guest service.
  • Experience in duty management, reception, rooms division, or front desk in an accommodation-based hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • RSA certification is essential; First Aid certification is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the local area and the travel/tourism industry is essential.
