CG Pipeline Manager

We are seeking an experienced CG Supervisor to manage key aspects of our CGI pipeline.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in FX, Lighting, and Look Development, as well as Animation, Creatures, Layout, and Modelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow and coordination of the CGI team.
- Work closely with the 2D department to ensure seamless integration and minimal excess assets created.
- Develop technical solutions to meet project deadlines while considering financial and resource constraints.
- Collaborate with VFX Supervisors to deliver high-quality shots on time and to client requirements.
- Ensure clear communication and briefs from VFX Supervisors are understood by all departments.
- Set show-based technical directions and quality expectations to enhance image quality.
- Establish clear goals and expectations for department heads through direct communication.
- Work with production to outline scheduling and resource needs.
- Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
- Promote a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
