Inventory Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Specialist to join our team.

  • Product Management: The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and replenishing products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting product between the backroom/storage room to the sales floor with manual or powered equipment while ensuring product deliveries are fully worked.
  • Display Management: Our Inventory Specialist will build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintaining product signage; cleaning product space and securing damaged or defective product.
  • Inventory Control: This role requires managing the backroom by organizing products, identifying, monitoring, and reporting inventory levels in partnership with the account manager of the store. Utilizing FIFO training to ensure timely sales of product.
  • Damage and Defect Management: The successful candidate will evaluate and process damaged product; re-packing product; organizing backroom materials (i.e., pallets, product shells etc.) and weekly rotation of front-stock and back-stock; completing any required paperwork.
  • Communication: Our Inventory Specialist will communicate and collaborate as needed upon completion of each account and at the end of the shift. Communication may include posting recaps and pictures, connecting with sales on out of stock, customer concerns, and checking in/out with store manager/personnel.
