Job Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Productivity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management department, you will play a crucial role in optimising our stock levels and ensuring our stores have the right products at the right time.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyse product performance data and provide actionable insights to drive sales growth.
  • Identify opportunities and risks through seasonal trend analysis and market research.
  • Manage inventory levels to maximise business outcomes and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Ensure seamless inventory flow across supply chain channels.

About You:

  • Possess a passion for retail and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Have a knack for problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
  • Be able to prioritise tasks and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Hold intermediate Excel skills (including basic formulas) and experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Experience in fishing or knowledge of water-related industries is highly valued.
  • Have full working rights within Australia.
  • Hold an up-to-date resume and be available to work full-time.
