Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply design principles to achieve outstanding lighting outcomes
  • Produce detailed lighting documentation and technical reports tailored to client needs
  • Interpret client briefs and offer strategic direction and advice
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language
  • Prepare design documentation with rigorous quality assurance
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines across multi-disciplinary projects
  • Represent the company in industry forums and contribute to local business development
  • Evaluate compliance with internal policies and participate in strategic planning meetings
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Design, or equivalent, or qualified electrician
  • Proficiency in AGi or Perfectlite is preferred
  • Strong understanding of design models and interdisciplinary coordination
  • Expertise in safety-in-design practices and risk management
  • Proven ability to deliver cost-effective, high-quality client outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
