About the role:

This role is responsible for providing a timely and accurate accounts payable service to all levels of users. Key responsibilities include performing AP related duties, processing supplier invoices and employee related expense claims, responding to supplier account queries and resolving any invoice discrepancies.

You will also prepare electronic funds transfers, ensure the completeness and accuracy of supplier records and master files, and liaise with external and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do and wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents/clients, enhancing their self-esteem and empowering them to make choices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of financial systems including ERP and electronic workflow solutions
  • 3+ years' experience in an Accounts Payable role
  • Working knowledge of Accounts Payable principles
  • Intermediate Excel and Word skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Australian working rights
  • Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS clearance
