Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and databases, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence.
  • Process employment changes, including promotions, contract amendments, and leavers.
  • Support the recruitment process: posting job adverts, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer documentation.
  • Carry out pre-employment checks, including DBS, references, and right-to-work verification.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction activities.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations, including absence tracking and reporting, probation and review tracking, and disciplinary processes.
  • Assist with HR system maintenance and updates, producing reports as required.
  • Support training sessions, maintain training records, and promote staff wellbeing and professional growth.
  • Provide general office functions, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and organisational tasks as required.
