Job Title

The role of a Personnel Security Specialist is crucial in maintaining a secure environment. This individual will join a team of industry-leading security experts to operate and continuously improve personnel security programs and processes.

This position requires innovative thinking, a strong focus on quality and execution, and the ability to lead and manage personnel security projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and reviewing personnel security clearances, maintaining all security documentation and clearance rosters in accordance with government requirements.
  • Contributing to the development and evolution of personnel security programs, ensuring they are operating in accordance with internal policies and practices.
  • Generating, tracking, and reporting security metrics and activities.
  • Monitoring processes and driving improvements in efficiency and quality of personnel security programs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of experience working on sensitive programs or environments.
  • Demonstrated experience as an analyst or similar in a government setting.
  • Proficient with government security frameworks and standards.

A Day in the Life: As a Personnel Security Specialist, you will actively identify ways to streamline operations for increased efficiency. You will also dedicate time to creating comprehensive reports on Per Sec data and metrics, providing valuable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
