Dynamic F&B Leader Wanted

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Food and Beverage Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strategically direct the F&B operation to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets.
  • Lead and train a high-performing F&B team through effective leadership, recruitment, appraisals, and development programs.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional culinary offerings that meet customer expectations.
  • Manage stock control, conduct stock takes, place orders, and drive supplier relationships.
  • Drive standards across all restaurant, food outlet, bar, and function spaces.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment and team culture that fosters employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Or
  • At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for formal qualifications.
